Jack has done all the electrical work on our extension; a single story kitchen, utility and toilet. Jack came out as soon as we had the structure up and went though our needs. Jack is very organised, thorough in his planning and very tidy. He pays attention to detail, and also offered advice on things we’d not thought about. After the first fix, was wasn’t due to see Jack again until the second fix, but a slight change to the initial plan, and a need for heat and smoke alarms, and Jack managed to fit us in to install ahead of plastering.
Jack also moved our consumer unit, and did a super neat job of that too, so we now have an up to date, safer consumer unit that is better suited to our needs.
Before our kitchen was installed he called round to check everything once again and then as soon as our kitchen was in, Jack returned to finish off the second fix. Jack was happy to do some additions for us, and it never felt like anything was too much for him. He even did some restorative work for us that wasn’t really within his remit, but he wanted it looking right. On top of his professionalism he genuinely one the nicest lads I’ve met, arrives when he say he will and leaves it very tidy. Thank you so much.
